As noted above sometimes the army registration number is on the data plate with the serial number and gets merged on paper work. I had one that way. All that needs to be on the SF-97 is the Cxxx-xxxxxx number that is on the frame. When you apply for the SF-97, just use the frame serial number...
If you have NDTs, 30 psi in the rear tires ride better. Run the front tires at the max. pressure because the front axle is near the tire's load limit. Good luck.
If the wheel is removed with the thimble and nut still on like your picture shows, you put the pork chop on the nut and tighten the thimble to screw it out of the nut.
I would get a Harbor Freight 3/4" impact wrench. They are about $99 but you always go to HF with a 20% off coupon. That has worked for all the trucks I have except my M915A1. They put those lug nuts on tight. I picked up a torque multiplier off Ebay for ~$50 for the stubborn nut/thimbles.
