Quick follow up...Two way valve that gives air to the parking brake and the front and rear air tranducers is in fact the Haledex number KN25060. Once replaced Park/Trailer valves work as before.
Next issue is that one of the lugs on one the front transducer was broken so that will need to be...
Afternoon all.
Went through the Tm for this problem and it states to replace the park control two way valve if I dont get air out of line 107 on the park air supply valve. I don't. Was wondering if this is part number KN 25060 made by Haldex?
Thanks,
Blair
I have an AO1078. I powered a 8 switch Switch Pros (https://www.switchpros.com/ ) from the12v post on the pdp. I wanted to be able to switch all the items without energizing the whole truck. The SwitchPros unit allows for all the switches to be programmed individually. Timed switches, low...
Thanks for doing this post. I wanted to let people know about the airbag system that Ryan built as well. Ordered them up and got them fast. Packaged great with fantastic instructions.
Installed them last week and have been testing them out this past week. My airbag had failed so i was driving...
My current design includes a marine water heater/tank and a diesel heater that will be used for the camper. I wll be able to use both 110v(shore power or inverted) or diesel depending what the siuation is. My thought was to add the ability to plumb into the motor cooling system if needed. I...
Was wondering if anybody has added one to their truck? Would like to heat water for the camper as well as have the motor in the loop as well. And if you have added a heater where did you tie into the motor cooling loop.
Thanks,
Blair
Interesting. Deed is done now. I ended up removing the aluminum channel by drilling out the rivets. TM states that some had screws while other had rivets. I will replace them with screws in the event my dumb areaks another window.
Overall pretty easy.

I looked in there. Beginning to think my PDF's that i down loaded didn't download completely. Going to go through and re-download to be sure.
Thanks again!

Anybody have experience doing it? Went through the Tm/s to see if it was covered but couldn't find it. Window was very easy to get out after I broke it accidentally. I was a moron.

Best picture I have on this computer of the truck. Hard to tell but the spare wheel will go in the usual place. Personally like the idea of the analog 3116 for the simplicity. In the future will look for the 290 upgrade and an exhaust brake.
Obviously i removed the bed and installed the Shot...
During the research of installing the 2.87's I was curious to have heard more from the people who had talked about removing the reduction hubs. Unfortunately, at that time the Ecco hub wasn't around and installing the 2.87's seemed to be the only way of accomplishing a gear change with all the...
Having only had the pan dropped to put in some new solenoids, what would you see that could indicate condition? My theory on the water egress came from finding that seal badly damaged and the area being a flat surface exposed to rain. We have had a ton of rain as of late and i hadn't driven the...
That doesn't look good. I assume that was motor oil inside? "Hope" is not my typical plan in life but in this case I hope the water wasnt in there long enough to damage anything.

Quick update,
Decided to take the truck to a mechanic. Didn't want to change the fluid in front of my friends house. Truck center replaced dipstick grommets and seal, Pressure tested transmission cooling system (no issues) and as a matter of routine sent transmission oil sample out to be tested...
Last Friday i hopped in the truck after not driving the truck for awhile. Checked fluid levels and drove around 25 miles. I was dropping the truck off at buddies house so he could do some cabinetry work on the camper box.
Got to his house and noticed that dripping had occurred under the...
