It goes in high, and neutral just fine. And it will go almost into low, but just not quite far enough, thats while sitting still. I can cram it in sometimes, but only if moving. I have to take some pictures, I think I have an idea what the culprit is.

How hard is it to get your t-case in low? And what is the exact procedure per the TM. I searched and couldn't find anything. My t-case is a nightmare to put in low. You pretty much have to get rolling about 10 mph and stand on the lever to get it in...probably not the best of ideas. Any ideas...
I am going to Shiloh Ridge and bringing the Deuce and the rockcrawler, some 4 wheelers, dirtbikes and lots of beer. :) It is in Alto, Tx by the way. Its about 150 miles north of Houston. Lots of guys come from Houston, our boys at Po' Boy Offroad come up from there. I was going to drive the...
Like I said before, I don't understand why people want to bob them, if you do all you have is a big underpowered 4x4. Well my rockcrawler is bigger than a bobbed deuce and will go a thousand more places than one. At least in stock for you have a big underpowered 6 wheel drive something most...
I figure it would be really hard on the last jack shaft ( or whatever you want to call it), if you welded both set of spider gears. I would fork out the money for Ouverson lockers if I were to lock the rear of mine. I would really like powersteering and an ARB for the front. Or hell 3 ARBS would...
This guy may be on to something. Take a piece of pipe and cut it in half. weld a hinge on one side and some sort of tab on the other. Then put one of those really hard to cut locks on it.
Heres what I think he was trying to say. :)

Sorry such a small pic...
I noticed that some people had tried finding a 7 # radiator cap at their local auto parts store and no one could find one with the right pressure. Well I found one at the local carquest that is a 7 lb'er and even has the hole to hook the safety chain to it. I thought maybe ya'll would like that...
The front axle is worth alot to the rockcrawler guys. Kingpin Dana 60 with 4.56 gears, and the rear should be a 14 bolt full floater with a Detroit locker and 4.56 gears. We ran the axles out of a cucv in our rockcrawler for a few years. We paid 1600$ for the front and rear axles. Other wise...
I triple that. I just completely went throught the front end yesterday. New seals, boots, the whole nine yards. Luckily the nuts on mine came right off. You could just screw the whole stud with the nut on it back in when you are ready to reinstall. Done it with manifold studs before.
