If it comes to that, I’ll make spacers to offset the head thickness .Probably have to have someone turn some bigger bolts down for you. I may have some 3/4” bolts with 1-1/2” or more of shoulder I could send you if it comes down to that.
You got that right. No more slackin’ with the “boss” watchin’.Well good. Now that Lori is getting involved things will come together.
Not sure what you are talking about in regards to the special tool? I don‘t see it mentioned in the TM.Good work. 240 ft.lbs. is a lot of twist! Do you have the special tool for the wrist pin seals, caps?
The service tool part number is a Kent-Moore tool part number. A mechanic told me to just use a golf ball but I havn't done that yet. It should work. Just make sure there is no leak at the wrist pin retainer or you will get lube oil leaking. How about the sleeve to install the pistons in the liners? Do you have that one? Maybe can just have a shop do it for you. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to hear the 8V92T sing! Not sure what you are talking about in regards to the special tool? I don‘t see it mentioned in the TM.
