    2nd alternator, 12V

Lost in the bush when you install my 12volt kit it allows you to run 12 volt items on the deuce when it is running and charge a 12 volt battery that can run them when the truck is off. They do make a dual voltage alt that came on some mvs that is not to hard to adapt on to the deuce...but they...

    2nd alternator, 12V

I don't make a set up for them but i'm sure it could be done pretty easy ..They make some 140 amp 12 volt 10si alts and some that are even more.. A second 12 volt alt would probably be best for what you are looking to do .That way you could keep your add on wiring for the camper - rigging set up...

    Deuce problems after Haspin

Well sorry to hear you had some issues...The coolant leak sounds like it is just being overfilled. the level should be just to the bottom of the filler tube..I would check your vents on your axles to make sure they are not plugged and move freely.

    th400 problem

They make a updated -repair kit for the snap ring .. It is a three peice unit. the two halves go on and then a snap ring holds them on.. The rear main bearing has a radius on it that puts the pressure on the outside of the snap ring that causes it to fatigue and break.

    th400 problem

there are no shift forks in the trans. There are two shift forks in the transfer case one for the range and one for mode..The one for the range slides a gear in and out of the planetary to give you high, low,or neutral.this is the one that is giving you an issue. You might have a broken snap ring...

    th400 problem

the reason you hear a noise when you put it in park is cuz the output shaft is still turning .The transfer case is the issue.. Not the trans..Put it in park see if you can push the truck .Then put it in 4x4 low see if you can push it?

    th400 problem

You probably have a transfer case issue or rear end problem.. most likely the fork pads on the range fork are bad allowing the sun gear to slide out of the plane

    Looking for metallurgist info.

The amount of load on the dogbones is probably a lot less than you would think.as the weight of the spring goes right to the axle.many aftermarket control arms are made with round tube welded to round ends.if you really wanted over kill you could get rectangle tube like 2x4 then drill it for the...

    Looking for metallurgist info.

It seems to me it would be way easier to buy some round tube that the dogbone end fits in and some nice thick walled round tube to go between the two pieces of round for the dogbones. And just remake them altogether..That way you could use weldable metal that will be structurally sound when finished.

Battery Cable size for Kill Switch

That's how i did my truck it works great and is very inexpensive since you don't need big wire or a high amp switch.. The wire is like 16 or 14 gauge .. I ran mine using bx cable for house wiring that way it has a metal cover that stops people from just cutting the wires and hooking them back up

Battery Cable size for Kill Switch

i don't know what size the battery wire is on a deuce but i do know if you put a switch in the number 10 wire that runs from the starter soloniod to the master cut off switch it will kill everything that runs on 24 volts..If you do it near the starter soloniod it will kill the blower motor...
