I got my first 003a in 1998 when I still lived in So.Fla and never used it, even after Hurricane Irene hit my block was the only one in the neighborhood that still had power. I finally got my power back Friday evening. I put 48.3hrs on the 003A and it only used 1qt of oil.

If you can't hear the intank fuel pump running then check the fuse for it which is located under the small cover on top of the fuel tank

Mines been running since Wednesday. I've owned two 003a's in the past 16 years and this is the first time I've ever had to use one and its been running like a champ and also burning less than a gal/hr. [thumbzup]

Try retiming your engine using a vacuum gauge. I found that both my 230's in my M-37 & WC-21 ran great at about 2°btdc and were getting a steady 20inches on the vac gauge ( this was at sea level ). After doing both of my vehicles this way ( and tweaking the carb adjmt ) it took care of the flat...

Motor has about 35k on it., I put less than 200miles on it this year :sad:
