Had the exact same issue, excessive idling, not getting the truck up to normal operating temp caused the same issue for me.
RUN IT!, get it up to operating temp!
The stuff I have is Savogran and it says: "average elemental phosphorus content 7.3% in the form of phosphates, equivalent to 8.5 grams per cup"
I ad it to the washer and dishwasher, seems to make the stuff come out cleaner and without the white film on everything.
When I was in the Navy we used TSP (trisodium phosphate) to clean our electronic cooling systems, brass/bronze pipes, worked great. I believe recently all phosphates were removed from laundry and dish washing detergents, not sure, but I think the phosphates are what do such a good job cleaning...

Those who have blown a 6.2 headgasket, can you relate how and when it happened? Driving on the freeway, lugging the motor, or just cruising along minding your business. If the motor/truck was modified, how?, turbo, etc. . .?

Yup, it also works on the transfercase if you add a couple of pieces on angle iron. . .but sometimes you just have to get the tricycle out for the really heavy duty stuff!
