Can you burn this in the Deuce?

I wouldn't. I think the multifuel will burn almost anything in an emergency, but I would only put Diesel or bio in it. From the description you gave, I would think it would probably clog the filters and possibly ruin the IP or injectors.

How do you guys charge your batteries?

Yes, but they wouldn't equalize the charge as a 24v would. For the price of two twelve volt units, you should be able to find something. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200365179_200365179

M37 Still Won’t Start – Not Sure What To Look At Next

Check the fuel itself. We got a golf cart in the shop today that had already been looked at by a few other shops. Owner said it ran out of gas and they refilled it. It hasn't run since. Contaminated with water, runs fine with an alternate fuel tank.

Is the gland hand valve a common part?

It's 1/2NPT. Mine was missing and I had to chase the threads. It now has a ball valve on it. eventually I'll replace it with the original style valve that has the handle in the correct position.

Pros and Cons of zipper boots

First time non zipper so you can take it all apart and inspect it. After that first inspection I would probably go to zipper and the time after that, back to the non zipper and tear it down. Ask when you order either one, where they're made. I have to replace some already that only lasted a...

Should i go with Green or Camo on a m1009

Camo, I thinks that's how they were originally issued. It's not that hard to do with the patterns, they were available her one time. If you can't find them, I can scan and send you some. I did some M151's 20 yrs ago and it wasn't to hard. We some with a touch-up gun and some with rattlecans.
