If you put the smallest dab of oil onto the barb or the end of the gates, it slides right together. I fought with that same thing early on, only takes the smallest amount to make assembly so much easier.
This set holds rated power just fine, but has a leaf blower pushing oil out of the cap when uninstalled. I havent taken it down yet to see if its a valve issue, or the rings. Soon enough.
While its OEM, I dont really like the Contitech hose. I've not experienced a single failure with the Gates 1/8" (that I have been told about). Thats a good price for that hose though.
The fuel gauges are one of the most common gauge failures on these machines. If you want OEM replacements: https://steelsoldiers.com/threads/mep-fuel-gauge-fits-5-200kw-gensets-88-21103-beede-945331-6625-01-366-0193-70-ea.199406/
If they are wired right, all the way right unmoving is normally a...
I am not sure what the -60 denotes (I assume warranty length) but it looks right. Thats a hell of a price for that battery size. Up here that size is literally twice that price, plus core.
Mac for the OPS you can use Sierra 18-5899 (found on ebay). Also on ebay if you search by ' NEW Beede Electrical Company 127338 SWITCH, TEMPERATURE; NSN 2990-01-366-0735 ' you will find one. There was a seller who had 100 or so of these Ive pulled from before, but he shows out of stock. A lot of...

I thought I had read before that he made a DC unit, but saw no mention of it on his website... so I assumed it was just crossed wires on my part. Hopefully Jim can get you what you need.
No, that part is not interchangeable... the 10k has a longer assembly. If you have an electric nut runner, socket wrench and a crescent wrench, you can have that back panel off in 5 minutes and unplug to test.
If its just the hardware... maybe you just buy something like this and steal what you need:

Edit: Just providing ideas... not sure this is a direct cross for the parts you need.
All things being equal... I would dump the steel tank and work up something aluminum in its place with custom mounting. Like this for example:

Will never have to mess with it again.
