For anyone interested, I was able to actually have these produced. I am selling them as kitted pairs (no individual hose sales at this time, sorry). They are the real deal milspec parts that I had produced by an original supplier.
They can be found in the classifieds here...

Well if you run one of those military bung fittings for drums (https://greenmountaingenerators.com/product/mep002a-mep003a-bung-adapter-for-aux-fuel-kit-nsn-5342000661235-72-5092/) there is actually a tiny weep hole hidden in it to allow for pressure change. So you can free up the 3/4" fitting...
I've only used the 'find a price' (ie not a national carrier) side of Uship a couple times, last being for an 427 load bank out of Kansas a few weeks ago. The BIGGEST problem I have had is drivers not showing up for pickups.
I caught a backhaul from some guy in the Boston area, looking to make...
First machine I did it on, the location of the input was basically to the side of the water fuel separator. I don't recall who, but someone on SS had done something similar with this input but in a different location.... so thats where I started putting them consistently, in the small panel...
My opinion? Ditch the Pulsetech and add a power entry port like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ANV81S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And add a dual battery charger like this inside the machine...
Thats a smart way of doing it. I hate doing this fix. Ive used a brass coat hanger to pull them through before, straightened out with a T at the end behind the bulkhead fitting. I still hate the design, and the fact that they have to be screwed with.
You are lucky there is no drain, a definite weak spot in my opinion. For you to drain your set is easy. Disconnect the hard line from the top of the pump and fab up a short soft line with mating fitting. Use the fuel pump to empty the onboard tank into whatever container(s) work for you.
The fuel system is self priming. Make sure your batteries are good and fresh. Turn the machine to PRIME and let it sit there for a couple minutes. That should clean out the whole fuel system, outside of the metering pumps (which should have retained fuel in the hard lines). Turn the machine to...
I had a Honda 5kw industrial unit for years, but it became problematic and I moved it out. Been considering swapping out of the head on a 501A I have to a 240V unit (already own it). Not enough hours in the day.
I have no doubts that for truly sustained running (in service) that 70%+ would be where you want to be. I had to use my 802 the other day to run an electric stapler (.7A) for a few minutes.... felt kind of silly, but I couldn't get power out where I needed to do the work... so picking up the...
