any local auto parts stores? The main lines from the hard line to the metering pumps is 1/4" Gates... I find it locally on a roll at o reillys. You just cut the metal flared fitting off the hard line, and get it off the metering pump inlet. Replace with new Gates lines and small hose clamps on...
All of the stores within 75 miles of me are completely out of stock on this mat... hopefully its not true of other locations. Needed some for actual stall use...
make sure you have the chain wrench as high up as you can muster, just below the mounting lip. The base is stronger than you know... just have to get that thing moving then its gravy.
Save yourself mucho aggrevation and bloodied knuckles... get a good oil filter chain wrench, and take the side top panel off the machine next to this separator. You can access the mounting base from the side and put your whole weight into it this way. Grab as high up on the filter as you can...
The heat will be a concern as you note, maybe you can find rectangular HVAC ducting that you can adapt to the machine, and exit via plenum in your wall (you could open a cover to it only when in use, secure otherwise closed).

Even if they dont take the same care you would, the crossway ribs in the genset base are very durable. Will take a lot of screwed up force to damage it. More important to watch the body sheet metal
Every yard is different. You CAN slide forks under an 802/803 from either end, just much room for clearance (but its totally possible). Just have the loader take their time, and you should be fine.
Tried to find contact info on that website, and no dice. Through some whois searching its a direct from China website. Not sure I will be giving them business. If I can find the same thing in domestic stock, I might pop though. The end looks threaded so its probably a damn carbon copy of the...
Yeah I saw the $200 ones (and GMG isnt far behind at like $228), but these aren't complex devices. I don't have an active need, but just looking to have a couple on the shelf if needed.
