    MEP 803a Engine Sludged Up

There is a world of difference between your neighbor who went to Woodstock, and folks who are growing commercially. Even with that said, many people are now getting into cogeneration, and multiple power inputs tied to the same off grid network (solar, wind, water turbines, backup dino sources)...

Bringing diesel generators back into service?

One machine at a time, one problem at a time. Do you know the model numbers of what you are being asked to bring back online?

    Green panel light bulb source

I saw a listing on ebay for the bulbs from Green Mountain Generators, but it said they were LED not incandescent.

    Sync a MEP-803A and MEP-802A?

No, the TQG series cannot do what you are asking. Paralleling is possible on the new Cummins produced MEP line, but thats a whole other story. The MEP-803A will peak at under 15kw for real short duration, and is happy running above 10kw. If you are talking about the accessory that you see...

    Water Separator Filter Removal

Above is the ONLY way to do it. Unless you are trained in the use of plastic explosives, but that might have other ramifications to the machine.

Dewey Battery Charging Aux Power Unit - Generator Head Swap

I think the Dewey units are finally all moved out, so its all piece meal now. With that said, like stated above... it'll run it, probably just not at the full rated output. But Id say you are good for at least 6kw

Generator purchase assistance needed SouthEast 10kW

Air cooled units represent good value too. A bit of a different beast compared to the TQGs, but still fine units if you know the quirks.

Generator purchase assistance needed SouthEast 10kW

803s are a whole lot of machine... thats always what I try to drive home. They are perfect fit for some folks... overkill for others (especially if you consider overnight runs). You could always soak up some of the excess wattage by running a couple milk house heaters...

803a trips DC breaker in AUX fuel position

You really should ask this question in a separate thread, just for your topic.

    MEP-8xx series fuel pump

Airtex is having these made in China... I think you might need to wait for another resupply, whenever that is. I would reach out to the manufacturer and ask the stock status directly: https://airtexasc.com/contact-us/ Also maybe this could work? I've never tried it, but it has the right outlet...

Remove MEP-803A Fuel Drain Well Nut

Its not ideal, but sometimes a swift kick to it will pop it out if its real deteriorated (surely a problem when deployed too).

    Mep 803a Voltage Adjustment

Yeah if you wanted to make sure you were getting the correct voltage and hertz in the house, invest in a Kill A Watt meter that you can plug into an outlet in your home. It will give you instantaneous readouts of voltage, hertz, and other information...

Generator MEP 803A problem “over voltage”

Yeah get the TMs first and foremost. For troubleshooting purposes, almost EVERYTHING you could ever encounter, is covered...
