Because it's over-driven in high and has a tendency to spread the case with the 10:1 reverse....especially in low range. It's the weak link imho

There's no vents to the oil system. The one on top is coolant Drivers side is fuel sampling Passenger side on from of trans cooler is the trans fluid sampling port. It's in the lube order (TM)
