Does anyone know if there is a cross reference for the intake flame heater? I need to replace and didnt know if it was available from Wix , Baldwin, or any other. Thanks.
Install a fuel pressure gauge at the tapping between the secondaries. By just turning the tank pump on you should have between 5 to 7 psi. If not I have been told that the bottom of your in tank pump has fallen off. If you do not have 5 to 7 psi check the booster pump mounted on the side of the...
Thanks J. That would be great. Its just a little tiny thing as you can see but it is a great heater. My budy's deuce has the flame heater and I am all set with that Choking inferno. I really like my coolant heater. I*f you go to Corsinis dony tell Jim or John its for me. Every time I go in...
My 5 ton came with a engine coolant cab heater. The fan motor has finally given out. Can anyone tell me where I might find this small 12 volt bus heater motor? I have attached photo's of the bad motor. Any guidance would be great help. Thanks.
I purchased a large oil drain pan from my local truck parts supplier. I believe the gas can company ( Blitz) makes it. I use it to drain my 5 ton with ease. It even has wheels mounted at the rear if it gets to heavy to pick up alone. You can still use it by yourself till you get help to pick it...

You may also want to check the seal that is around the IP booster pump gear. If you check my post you will have some good illustrations to go by. The booster pump is on he side of the pump mounted by two bolts and fuel right from your primary fuel filter enters this booster before anywhere else...
Here are some photo's from both the TM'S and Memphis Equipments manual for the LDS 465. Would anyone be able to elaborate on which is the correct way to assemble this pump. My engine is the LDS 465 1A. Thanks.

Does anyone know were one could find a trailer receiver ring take-off to buy? I have a 8 ton trailer but the ring is too small. Or maybe the 5 ton's is too big! I will not alter the truck so I would rather find a military ring for my trailer. Thanks.
Cant say enough about my M54 5 ton. reminds me of my first auto car tractor I drove. My 71 DK series wth a 425 CAT. A deuce is great if you dont mind a Oversized pickup truck. 5 tons and up are great heavy trucks. The deuce is field proven, BUUUUUUUTTTTTTT. The 5 ton is the real deal.
