Just what I needed to know. Thanks!
Looks like I will need to make an adapter from 1/4” flat stock plate.
I’ll plasma cut two rings and weld together.
Upper ring inner DM 4”. Outer ring upper DM 4.6”. Lower baseplate ring inner DM 4” with outer DM 6”
Want to do a rough balance of rims.
Will the Harbor Freight bubble balancer fill the center area properly to allow for balance?
Will the Harbor Freight survive balancing 165lb. Wheels?
I searched but no love.
OFF TOPIC
Too many times I have had to decline requests for handicapped parking permits that were requested for “questionable” reasons.

I can also help with a rebuilt one, as can others. I prefer if you DIY, but I have in stock. So do others...
Best idea is to purchase new IP.
My mechanic suggests marine IP and swap the 8 nipples to accept military style. Upgrading to marine IP and injectors wakes up the engine according to him.
Did you open plug and ensure all pins are free from corrosion and crap?
Have you opened new TCU and done the same as they get water and corrosion inside too?
Always check with the manufacturer before doing these things.
Look up Ford Explorer rollover fiasco. Probably 30 years ago but under inflated tires damage sidewalls and cause rollovers.
