Same thing just happened to me. I've rebuilt several long & short Air Packs with no issues; this one I rebuilt a year ago on a friend's truck, along with master cylinder & every wheel cylinder....I also added a remote reservoir on the firewall. It has been working fine for about 9 or 10 months...

A friend of mine had similar problem, turned out to be bad "bow tie" clip on HH plunger.

If you are using a battery disconnect switch, make sure that you run the 12V ground through it as well; the factory 12V feed has a separate ground return wire that runs right back to the batteries, you will have to run it through a disconnect switch as well with your 12V accessories. Otherwise...

As Red and a couple of others have pointed out, it is all about leverage. Think about lifting/moving without using your body weight/strength for anything other than guidance. Get a long prybar (at least a 5-footer, don't know what that is in metric sorry, LOL), a 20-ton hydraulic bottle jack...

One of the 40-ton forklifts couldn't lift its share of the 42,600-lb M15A2, so a Case 580D loader as brought out to keep the forklift's rear end on the ground, as the lowboy trailer was backed underneath the M15A2.

That's why you don't fully depress clutch pedal unless you're at a stop...while shifting/range-changing only depress clutch pedal halfway as you double-clutch, and it will go smooth as butter (generally). Double-clutching works really well with Deuce transmissions too. Great thread!!
