ya definately bring earplugs!!! you wont have the exhaust noise as bad with the hard top on it, but you still have the loud engine and that god awful 5th gear tranny scream that could peirce ballistics armor.
$600 is alot of dough to spend on transporting it home. these trucks are pretty...

im planning on running some back up lights. nothing huge, the ones i have are sealed beam farm tractor lights, they are approx 5 inches. im gonna have 2 of them under the truck, both run with relays. also i would like to place one more of the same light in the bed to illuminate it so i can see...
this one is nothing electronic, its a post that has an insulated mout fot screwin to the battery box. it has a lenght of cable approximately 1 foot long, and some mounting hardware. both batteries hook into the insulated post
we shatter the front axles alot, and occasionally snap a rear axle. all it takes is a set of 14.00x20 michelin XLs and a healthy V8, like the one in my toyota and the destruciton is emminent
the last guy who had my truck towed an M211 with it on a towbar. he said besides the take off and braking he did 55 all day long. the rears locked up on the M211 and he had to drag it in low range off the road. he said it was no problem. the truck did it no sweat!!
ive had mine like that a time or two. first gear, low range, pto low range and about 150 feet of cable and your home free!! the worst part is loosin your shoes in the mud.
i got my hardtop from TNJ MURRAY Worldwide Services. it cost me $350. they also sell trucks and are located in dover deleware.
