generator lights are not on. the voltage output is over 27volts combined while the meter is in the yellow. Cleaned the ground directly behind the passenger side light. Hopefully that takes care of that issue. What would cause the engine fuse to blow?

also, after my glow plug relay kicks off my gen @ light and volt gage register, but still have barely any juice to the starter.

Doing that test I only have 5volts to the solenoid. Does this mean my ignition switch is bad?

Both of the grounds are fine. Im working solo and have nobody to help with the voltage to the starter. Any other suggestions?
