The cans themselves are around 600 pounds. Those things don't slide very good either. This is one of those times you want the fork lifts of GL involved. If you don't have that help, I am not sure how you are going to load them. Something to think about.

The stock glow plug system is supposed to come on if the engine temp is below 125°. I "think" the WAIT light comes on if the engine is below 85°. Or at least those were the thoughts of the designers 30 years ago. What is actually happening with your engine depends on the state of the glow...
Mine has always needed a little push on the pedal to start. Hot or cold. Many filter changes, thousands of miles and no difference. I even bumped the idle up to 850 and it still needs it.
Change your filters just to be sure they are good, but otherwise don't worry about it. Mine will fire...

As you can tell. We all have our own ways. Change your oil, put in the amount listed on the data plate to bring it to full, run it, let it sit a while and then figure out what letter of what word is your cold check line.
Measure 1-1/2 inches up the dip stick from the full mark and mark that some how. Is that about where the oil is? Unless you are pulling the cut off at the IP and putting in a clean stick to pull out right away, you really could just be reading the oil wrong.

If the engine stumbles, it can only be caused by lack of fuel. Now, that could mean a fuel system leak or the pink wire at the top of the IP bieng loose and bouncing around. If those two check out, then you are left with a bad IP getting worse.
