I just ordered a set from MV plates for my M35A2. They had everything except for the shift plate. For $10., they'll stamp the W & D plate. I wasn't able to catch them by phone, but they did respond to an e-mail. I just place the order a week ago & I haven't received the plates yet. -Russ
