Picked up a couple of sets of the Viton O rings from a shop here in Greenville, and 1/4 and 3/8 OD hose for the fuel lines. Just need to stop by Home Depot for the fittings and hopefully some brake cleaner spray on the way home, and I'm set. Hopefully I can get it all done this weekend.

Are you sure it's fuel? The steering boxes are fairly prone to leaking I think.

If you want to prove it to yourself, maybe you could install the nozzle from the new one on to the old one. See if it improves.

Was the original filter visibly dirty? Or did the indicator show it bad? Kinda curious whether the indicator is accurate. (In other words if it's not showing red, I can trust that the filter is ok)
