I'm 6' 1" and about 240lb i fit pretty good, I have to modify where my foot rest for the throttle because the angle really hurts to hold it there too long. This is in my m977 of course and not his awesome truck.

So far I put the grill because the military decided to take mine off haha it's probably all Ill do, so far only 550lb.
Id rather have preferred the oem grill

True the only added benefit would but cut the holes and good to go vs fabbing a box and rewiring lights... To get to the hemtts lights is a task since they are buried behind the dash and all air components, I would rewire to their junction box for an easy job.
I do like the thought or fabbing...
Making some progress on the hemtt and also putting her to work. So the CPK may not be an exact copy of the factory armor, but its functional and looks good i think. I do need to make headlight mounts or cut the holes out for the originals.
Well its been a while since ive used mine being in school and all, but I have made some good process on the homemade CPK front grill I need to weld in all the mounts as they are only tacked in and I need to finish making the fourht and very bottom plate.

So per the contract we all signed, they can demand us to return items to a dla deposition and will refund purchase price and shipping, but if they only change it to multinational how does that fare for already purchased trucks, do they ignore us? Or do they send a person out to witness...
I didn't buy my first gov't vehicle till around '13, has there actually ever been a recall for any gov't surplus vehicles. I know the M939 series was a debate but they never acted on it.
