    When you removed the switch you probably introduced some air into the system which is typical whenever you open a brake system. Now you need to bleed the brakes and things should go back to normal.

    Yep, its easier and cleaner although it does take a little more time to pump than it does to pour................We all know how easy it is to make a mess from the old chug-a-lug-burp-splat when pouring from a 5gal pail.
