No need to bleed the injectors. Just make sure everything is tight. Turn on the in tank pump and let it cycle for a few minutes. Then all should be good.

There is one small o ring under that cover on the shut off rod. The other two are under the HH itself. You will need to remove all the injector lines and then the HH. I still have a few sets of the O rings, if you need them pm me.

It seems so sureal. I can't believe it's that time already. I gave my dad directions today, hope he can make it out. I found some loose nuts on my drive shaft(giggle) so I started replacing them today. Only 11 more to go and I will be ready.

I have rebuilt a few and I have yet to see one that the seals didn't "look ok". It takes so little for them to stop working it seems.

The order was placed back in july. I am thinking of making a new order though if there is enough interest.

If your fuel shut off is sticking it will block just enough fuel to cause such an issue. I have also seen this problem happen due to the o ring on the fuel shut off valve. Also make sure the secondary filters are seated into the groove on their mount. It's amazing how often people replacce...
