Well it's been a bit warm and of course that work and family thing gets in the way of "fun time", but I finally got all the bolts out of the bottom of the hardtop. I slid it back as far as I could and loosened the windshield hinges and pulled as hard as I could. A hair better, but still no go...
GE, thank you for that bit of advice. I had a feeling it may be. Before I could drive it home I had to tighten all the bolts that hold the cab to the frame and the bed to the frame. in fact the bed slid back a little over 1/4" just from being driven around GL. I had to pick up a windshild...
I have to agree with what everyone else has said, they tend to crack right at those set screws. If you are lucky the sealant just gave out and it's now leaking past it right at the same point as the set screw. What probably could have been fixed with a new set of o rings is now a big sealant...
When I picked up the M923 from Sparta a few weeks ago I knew the driver's side door window was cracked. I was sad to find that some one had broke the passanger side after the auction. I looked closer and found the problem. The doors are not lined up correctly. It seems there is more room to...

I have heard and read about the mod done to the transfer case. However, I have yet to find a detailed thread about how to do it. Is there any where that I should be looking or different search terms I should be using? I will gladly make a detailed thread complete with pictures if someone can...
Sorry for the delay but the wife and I are in MI and internet isn't easy to come by. Here is an email I got from him today. At least they are making it home. Just goes to show that the best laid plans for recovery can still fall apart. To all who do longdistance recoveries, please be careful...
I have a member interested in a 5 ton cargo cover but we are trying to avoid the shipping cost of UPS. I know how dare I not support myself. Anyway he is heading to the Gilbert show and I didn't know if there was anyone heading that way from here that could even get it just part of the way...
Well it seems they are close to Louiseville, KY now and still having brake issues. The following is an email I just got from him. If anyone is down that way and can help please let me know ASAP.
Hi Kenny,
I spent a good chunk of money with Clint to square away my brake difficulty and
the...
