The best place I have found for O rings is a place called oringsandmore.com It's also the only palce I was able to find replacement axle vents. And I will have a shipment of HH's going out to all of our group buy members soon. It was such a success I may be convinced to do it again.

I would never run alchohol through a diesel. The fuel system needs lube and it gets that from the diesel. Alchohol is a solvant and will dry the system out causing damage. Very small qnty is ok for anti gel but anything measured in gallons is not small. Just my opinion.

The HH with the three o rings delivered is $285. Injector nozzles are $7 each and if buying a head should be able to be shipped in the same box. If you want just the nozzles it's whatever a small flat rate box goes for. If you want the HH and the nozzles it's just $327. As stated before I...

For you Doc, I would gladly deliver it.

Usually that seal stays in tact. If it breaks I would use some of that make your own gasket material. I have worked on trucks guys have tried to use sealers on and it's nothing more than a big mess. Make a gasket if you need to or reuse the one that's there.

Just use the new o rings, not any kind of sealer. That's all that's needed.

Use push lok fittings. They are easy to use, I have been slowly replacing all of my hoses to them.
