Black window frames????
Well, a couple reasons:
1. It will match the 20% window tint if the truck stays RED
2. It will go with Olive and Black if I decide to change the color scheme.
Wisconsin just changed the law on Historic Military plates. If it goes back to military color, I could actually...
Do you still have the electric parking brake solenoid?
I was contemplating the Hydro-boost for my off road m211 So I could gain PS and PB. How is your brake peddle? Wondering if there is enough volume with each stroke for all 12 wheel cylinders?
I have seen that too. What I saw was because they used the same springs and the distance from spring center to spring center is narrow and the distance from spring center to hub is quite large. A lot of leverage! I built a new frame and moved the springs out as far as I could.
Tom, I've found that hazard and headlight problems often come form 1156 light bulbs in place of 1157s. Check if someone installed the single filament turn signal bulbs.
No. The Drums mount to the same flanges that the wheels mount to on these trucks. You flip the hub, you move the drum outward and expose the brake shoes. On the M35 the drum mounts to the edge of the hub. This does not change the position of the drum relative to the shes.
After my experience I would spend the money on professionally cleaning and coating. Also the external 24v fuel pump. I cannot begin to guess how much I spent and the time with the original style pumps. I think I have several used and rebuilt pumps, probably even a kit left. I could do some...
Funny how you used to post all night long. Its just us northerners now in the middle of the night.
I'll fill the gaps with something worthwhile... and heavy.
It sure is a good thing you did not send me your address or I would have sent out the bare light buckets today like I promised!
Truck looks good. It will be a large flat rate priority box. There should be room. Anything else or do I need to take up the space with old underwear and sox?
I found the bearings and race sets. Want 3 or 4? Also found the master, It worked when removed, so it should be good.
Are you looking for taillight buckets, lenses or the bulb mount crap?
OK I'll start digging the taillights outa the garbage. I'll get everything set out in the next couple hours and let you know what I got. I'll need your address.
Tom,
Hit me with a list. I got wheel bearings and brakes coming out my ears here.
Can ya take them back? I can save you 110$ and they will ship before noon Friday!
I stripped a truck this summer. Got a bunch of stuff that needs a home!
Some unsolicited advice here- If the fuel pump gives you any problems call Alfa Heaven and buy the replacement upgrade. I've replaced, rebuilt cobbled, ran racing pumps, aftermarket pumps, cleaned filters and everything in between. That upgrade is well worth the money! You may be able to get...
Welcome!
Nice find. Looks like a M211, but check the data plate in the cab and the numbers on the front frame just above the passenger side front axle. May start out with M211...
I guess I would grab a bottle jack and bolt a front wheel on. Nothing worse than tearing a fender off when you turn...
