Will do. They usually send out form up location a week or two before the event, so I will need a count of vehicles so they can determine space requirements. Will keep it posted. P
Are you trying to make some? They are the same as the M35 top bows if you are looking at some to buy. If you have some bows and they seem to be too narrow, they are probably for a 1 1/2 ton trailer. I put an LMTV cargo cover on my M54 and raised the verticals 8" to accomodate that cover.
If you could pull it out to Bremerton Naval Shipyard, I am sure we could turn a pretty good crew loose on it out this way.
Sorry it is out of my normal commuting range. I got to tour that boat a few years ago and was fortunate enough to follow along with father, son, and grandson. Grandfather...

Hello Team, It is time for the Auburn Vets Day Parade. If any of you are not signed up under other vehicle clubs from the area and would like to join in, please chime in so we can get a list going. I have a registration in with the parade under the name of "Friends of Kilroy".
It will be on...
This event went well for being the first one they have had in 50 years. There was a good turnout from our MV folks and the current military had a great presence as well. Here are a few pics of the day. Mission accomplished.
This one is on in the morning. Try to be there no later than 0900. Parking will be an issue, but I will try to save a couple spots for late comers or walk ons. We will be sharing the field with a Stryker or two and probably a HMMV as well.
So far we have 2 WW2 jeeps, M170, CCKW, M151, and an...
Sorry we missed on this one. It was a good event for their first time in about 50 years. There was good participation by current military units in this one as well. I think they were optimistic on their crowd turnout numbers, but I didn't really see any advertising on the event except for...
Way to go. I still need to verify my numbers and get the SF97 going. So will be a bit longer for me.
Don't forget Cabela's next weekend on Saturday. Send a note so I can plan on parking for everyone. Right now I have 3 small jeeps and a Dodge M880 series truck.
Jeff, did you put a registration in for this? If not, tuck in with me. The registration number they sent me is 28 Alpha. it is the 28th unit in Section A. They want all lined up by 1630, parade at 1800. I don't know how many registrations they have, but there are supposed to be 4 Medal of...
There was a beauty of an A2 that went for about 1200 more, so guess you are paying for the tires, and it didn't have rear canvas. Would like a single sixer, but for the price, think I can live with what I have.
Ft. Worden will be a fun event as well.
Family Appreciation Day is to give the families some fun down time and it is nice to have an event that is close for a change.
Thank you to both of you for the tips. Will get on looking. It is a straight 923, so it looks, from other threads that they were in the 83 - 85 range. Now need to get on the other numbers and figure it out.
that must have been you that passed me with the flat bed trailer that was loaded up. It looked to be in pretty nice shape. Not that I pay attention to anything green. I had never driven a 923 before yesterday so was still getting used to the controls and trying not to run over anyone that...
