    M-135 winch

Assuming that we can't find the right one here in B.C. or even Alberta, what would be an appropriate winch for the M-135? Which other models use something similar and can be mounted without too much modifications?

    Breakdown Beacon on Site Needed

My mind is broken right now, not the truck, but I think that this is a fantastic Idea. 911 to the guys who know the trucks. It's not like we can just get on the battalion net and call for recovery anymore!

What the H$ll did they do to this bumper??

Nope. I did that to a Canadian CUCV. Get hooked on a stump, and the only way out is reverse fast. Glad I didn't sign for that Veh Ticket. SQMS was pissed! ( the ground was too wet to allow any jacking) Oh well, tactical situations! And Yes, that should have had the brush guard. It would have...

My own Idea for an M920A1

You are way too competent. They would never let you design a vehicle. Unfortunately! They would probably make you peel spuds and police up errant cigarette butts. At least that's the Army that I knew!

    Santa Claus Parade Burnaby, BC

There are few MV's in this small suburb, so we took the M-135 out for a run. Learned a lot about weather stripping and heater issues. Hey, we've only had it for a month, and My DND 404s qualified me for MLVW. It was fun anyways, and the kids loved the Big Green Meanie! I'll post a highway video...

    runaway engine?

The extinguisher is the only way to stop "Grenading" as we used to call it. The repairs are not cheap, but it beats having Diesel bits flying all over the compound, and having more of your ride destroyed!
