    900 Series Marker Light Issues

They don’t turn on with the headlights unless you do a wiring mod. Do they turn on with the lower left lever on the light switch set to “Park”?

    Jeepsinker's M35A2 6BT Cummins swap ( pics and videos)

I never did scan the instruction manual, if I can locate a document scanner to use then I will. I’ve never seen anyone else mention having that book but I’m sure there are some other copies out there. A surplus dealer friend was sent the manual and a few copies of that ad in the 1980s by a...

    FMTV Wrecker towing adapters

I got these adapters some years back in a lot of medium tow bars. I know they’re BII for one of the FMTV wreckers but can anyone tell me what they’re specifically used for? Just trying to see if they’re of any use with an older wrecker before I sell them. I’m guessing they’re specific to the...

    Questions after crawling under it.

The bellhousing plug is supposed to be out unless you’re fording. It’s stored off to the side as you can see there.

First MV arriving tomorrow! 1970 AM General M35A2

At the front of the bed like pictured there are usually long bolts with some springs on them. That bed looks to be swapped onto the truck of course so that would explain those bolts. Those locknuts on the frame remind me of the earlier contract deuces, and maybe a tapered engine side panel I...

    M198A1 Transformation!

Looks good, wish I could find one around here.

Are M51A2 and deuce battery boxes the same?

The box itself is the same, there are metal and plastic versions. The mouting brackets/ step assembly is different. Same deal with the m54 as well.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

After 5 years with the old school plow setup on the m1028 it’s time for a little bit of an update. 4 leaf springs were swapped in Minute mount push plates No more headgear year round “New” plow on it, an 8’6” Fisher ez-v. Still need to get the lights working and paint it yellow.

Fisher Minute Mount Push Plates info

Can anyone who has a minute mount plow on their CUCV get some info for me? I have a set of push plates but I’m missing the angle braces between them (number 3 in the diagram). If someone wouldn’t mind getting me the specs on them I’d really appreciate it. Trying to get them exact as far as...

Missing plug under flywheel on 1971 Deuce &1/2

The plug is just used when fording the truck so you’re all set. On most trucks there’s a holder with it right next to the hole. Your problem is unrelated and could very well be weak batteries.

    M1008 rear carrier

Good eye. But why does that matter?

What did you do to your trailer today.

More progress on the m416. Added the metal brake lines and LED lights and wiring. Still need to install a new rubber brake hose and bleed out the brakes. I’ll have to check the bearings too. I kinda like how the m101a3 jack turned out.
