The windshield frame as well as the soft top frame are pretty simplistic in design. Take it apart, cut it down and get glass made to fit. before I did that, I'd put some thought into modifying the stock top & windshield to fold down quickly and easily. (not unlike a convertible top on a car)...

If it's not the wheel, it would have to be the hub (bearing crooked?) or hub surface. If it wobbles when rotated, then it could not have been aligned properly, so once the wobble is eliminated it should go on the alignment rack again.

do you have an inline filter at the fuel pump? If it was consistent, as in always did it the same then it could be a float issue either set too high or a leaking or saturated float. Is your fuel line actually rated for gasoline? I have seen todays gas turn the inside of some rubber hoses to goo...
