The windshield frame as well as the soft top frame are pretty simplistic in design.
Take it apart, cut it down and get glass made to fit.
before I did that, I'd put some thought into modifying the stock top & windshield to fold down quickly and easily.
(not unlike a convertible top on a car)...

While I had some involvement in the text of this bill, I will be leaving my plates on my trucks.
Add a leaf will give about 2 inches in the front, I run the 36's that way, I've seen the same done for the 37's, although you won't be able to turn all the way without some rubbing.

If it's not the wheel, it would have to be the hub (bearing crooked?) or hub surface.
If it wobbles when rotated, then it could not have been aligned properly, so once the wobble is eliminated it should go on the alignment rack again.

Like last year, I've put together a calendar of sorts for Michigan area MV events.
Each vertical column has the Saturday dates for that month.
If I missed any event let me know & I'll update it.
I almost never hear mine, actually I can only hear it until it builds oil pressure, then I am out of the cab on my pre trip walk around, checking tires & lights and bleeding any moisture out the glad hands.
Even after the walk around, I still let it idle a few minutes to get the turbo warmed...
do you have an inline filter at the fuel pump?
If it was consistent, as in always did it the same then it could be a float issue either set too high or a leaking or saturated float.
Is your fuel line actually rated for gasoline? I have seen todays gas turn the inside of some rubber hoses to goo...
