The MLVW wheels are NOT the same as A3 wheels. They are narrower and have a rim flange like the HEMTT wheels.
The 1100R20 Michelin XZL's are 43.0" tall and 11.8" tread width.

I have plenty of tire setups for my trucks.
The "MLVW singles" setup seems best overall for my winter trucks on snow covered/icey surfaces. Tracks better and goes where you steer.
This motor looks cleaner than yours and was junk.
When the pan was pulled it had pieces of #7 piston laying in it. There was a window into #7 water jacket also.
It's not a good idea to install any used motor without at least pulling the pan for a look inside. If it is fine, it just cost a pan...

It also appears to have the M342 behind the cab stowage box sitting in the back of the cab.
If I look real hard I believe I might notice the angled point trunion plate for the rear suspension, not the squared off plate of the M35...
