    Darrell Braun FANSITE!! HAHAHA

I'm fortunate in that I never dealt with this guy. I hope he gets caught and the book thrown at him,(much more than that actually!). With that said, I still feel it is in bad taste to post pics of these children who haven't done anything wrong. I know they could have been edited and removed the...

    Electric Fan on Deuce

It was a cardboard box I got at a truck stop. It is folded a few times and the pressure of it trying to open itself up kept it in place without any extra help. I did hook one bungee cord from the grill guard to the bottom of the radiator in case it tried to fall out. It didn't need it. I had at...

    Hood Damage!

When I want to 'pop out" a thin layer of surface, of a somewhat large size, I get a good grip on a soccer or basket ball, look for center of the high point, and then hit it there. Usually pops/pushes it out without leaving marks.

    Electric Fan on Deuce

I made a 1,000 mile run in my deuce most of which was at +/- 0 degree weather. It took some trial and error but, I did get the truck to run at a consistant 180 on the gage. It involved no tools and only minutes to prepare. I was surprised at how much I had to block off. Easily removed for warmer...

    Need to sell my Goat.....

If it was still in the Buckeye, it would sell faster! The last I read this was for sale in Texas. Maybe he would take the goat in trade!

    EUC Holding Pattern

I received a "Paid in Full" invoice yesterday for a submission date of Nov. 18th. The 15 days is the longest wait I've experienced since my first ever EUC, (that was 19 days including a holiday). This is in comparison to my last couple EUC's which took 5 days, one just a few weeks before. I...

front tire wear on the deuce

I never had an over the road truck that I would rotate my drives to the front. Not the kind of tread you want up there! I favored the Goodyear G167's on the drives with steel wheels, earlier version of the G177, and they would do 300,000 if you didn't cut them up and checked the air regular. I...

    Newb Needs Tire Advise Please

Thanks. Other than the new tires, I have not done anything to the truck. The original poster moves fast. I had been looking for more tire info for him and he already has ordered tires. I guess I'm getting slow! These tires all have some height without being real wide.

Primer on modern tire upgrades for the deuce?

My tipper is a M342A2 Deuce Dump truck. Just not a lot of them out there. It has reinforcement plates along the frame rails and a few other items different from a M35. Pics in other threads I've posted in. My tires I bought used military surplus, 90-95% tread. I paid more than Blacktop did for...

Primer on modern tire upgrades for the deuce?

I'm running XZL's on my tipper. No problem with the 11R20's on the stock rims on the rears. Currently using spares from my M35 on the front.

    Re: Nice Drop side!

Yes, I did put this in the wrong forum. Maybe a nice administrator/moderator would be kind enough to move my thread to the Deuce forum.

    Newb Needs Tire Advise Please

I run 255/85-16 BFG Muds. They are 33.3" tall and require no modifications to run with the stock wheels.

Pictures of M60 and M56 Scorpion

Our M60's had the "go cart" steering control. The M60A1's in our company had the "T bar" steering control.
