Howdy,
On the cup fuel filter, make sure that little rubber gasket stays in place when putting it back up.
Turn the S-1 to prime and run, and wait a while for the fuel to get all filled in the filters. (Maybe 4 minutes.)
Be careful removing the spin-on fuel filter. Sometimes they were put on...

OK, with the system off.
Get some contact cleaner.
Spray the 120v, 120/240, 3 phase selector well, and turn it back and forth lots of times to clean up the contacts. And then turn the switch back and forth some more.
Start your unit, and have a meter ready and check duplex rececptacle, turn on...

If running a long load test, always keep all doors closed. The venting is all designed for all doors to be in place and closed when operating.
Short runs and looking at stuff is ok.
Either way, a good 100% load test for 3 hours is good too.

The slide hammer works to drive it in, and to pull it out.
Howdy,
Wait a moment. The link above used a example.
The true D.O.T spec for flammable fuel is over 119 gallons before needing placards.
The limit is 119 gallons.
Howdy,
Because you are up in Alaska. I would look around up there for your answer on fuel. At one time, here in Virginia, HHO and Diesel #2 were from seperate tanks. Back in the days of 3000ppm sulpher. Today, the HHO and Diesel #2 are out of the same tanks here in Virginia. We do not get such a...
Howdy,
You could also have a unit which is gummed up. Wet stacked. If you use your house, have all breakers off except your stove. Or find a junk yard stove. Gradually raise the power. If it dies off at 75%, go back and run it at say 65% for some hours. Then keep adding a little more load at a...

Are you starting the unit properly?
Do you have the manuals?
Did you replace all the fuel filters?
Did you re-seat the fuel canister cup correctly with its small rubber gasket?
Have you primed the fuel system?
Turn S-1 to prime and run and wait. keep waiting. wait some more. Turn S-1 to start...
Take the oil drain plug out, and visit the store. Go to the brass water fittings and get a brass threaded to barbed hose adapter. I want to say 3/4", but can't remember off hand. That gives you enough side clearance to drain the oil when its time. Take it off, and store it, put the plug back in...
