. I have got to agree with @GeneralDisorder . Your batteries are dead - or almost. These trucks (a lot of them) have a phantom draw against your batteries. My M-1088 will crank after it sits for a week. If it sits for two weeks, it clicks and clacks and won't "go". After about 3 weeks maybe...

. I have had a similar problem. Stand it all the way up, then spray your favorite penetrating oil on the "guide slide" out front of the crane, beside the hydraulic cylinders. Exercise it. Spray it again, then exercise it again. You will see rusty "goop" come out of the guide slide. Just...

. I would say it is time to tear it down and inspect the O-Rings...
