I almost forgot. The rivets are 1 1/2 inch between rivets while the upper small plate in the corner had rivets closer together along with being welded.
A member asked me to measure the spacing for the rivets on my cab reinforcement plate for the ring mount. Mine came installed by the government. I was the first civy owner. Here are the pics with measurements.

If you vin is 17 digits long then you are either looking at the wrong numbers or the number on the dataplate is wrong. Sometimes the vin number on the data plate ends up being a combination of the registration number and the serial number. The serial number is the only one that should be used...

Just check for a 1984 6.2 diesel blazer. Anyone should be able to look it up. Not MV specific. I say try a 1984 because this is the year of the contract. Even my 1985 had a wiring harness with 1984 connectors. The civy trucks got upgrades every year but the cucvs were frozen with only 1984 stuff...
34094 is the current Carc Green 383. Also, this is a very common question and it has been answered a number of times. You might try a search. A search of "paint code" brought up three pages of posts with one near the top yielding the following link.

Check the towbar manual and a recovery manual. I am guessing on the recovery manual but I am pretty sure the towbar manual has hookup information. Basically connect the towbar to the from axle with axle clamps then lift the front end with a wiffle tree on the shackle mounts.
