Asking who has seen different size shims on this starter for the 6.2 diesel.
I seen someone pulled one off of a 6.2 civilian type engine and that shim was probably a .150 thousands.
Thank you to everybody that might have some information.

You're a ride might come up with a name for the Truck, I'm sure you've done a static walk around as to not have something eject and cause more of a issue.
Have a great day [emoji1148]

I personally talked to that guy and he was the one that told me how to use a manual charger and keep the volts below 15 and no heat FYI

I also have a Noco 27000
I thought it would do a good job it still needs to be watched. I had a hawker boil over with it on there. ruin the battery. so it's still a watching thing, keep your eye on things. no heat, voltage on the Noco should cycle in AGM setting when it hits 15.2 v and then step...
I hate auto correct.
I brought back 3 hawkers with the manual process watching heat and voltage. Used a 10 Amp manual charger

I have charged AGM batteries with a manual charger. just have to watch the voltage make sure that it doesn't go over 14.8 or 15 volts and not get hot. let it continue to run but not hot and not over the 14.8 or 15 V. if you can achieve it it might come back on the regular charger if not it's a...
Try charging those batteries with an AGM charger , just make sure you don't go over 14.3 V before Is the charger cycles and And comes backup again to 14.3 V and you might get them to recover.
also Don't let the batteries Is get hot,
Good luck

I recently did an MEP OO7B
The sending unit was messed up I replaced the sending unit and it read about 195 on the gauge. I shot it with a laser at that point it read about 140.
I shot the side of the block it read 200.
The cat 3306 though makes excellent pressure.

Somewhat , but I see some machines that are running at the 180 by temp gauge on the panel other machines are up looking at 200 on that gauge.
I seen some on a heavy load bank condition getting down to the 25PSI on the gauge not official. but and then others reading 180, so that was my concern on...
I know the NSN and part numbers for the thermostat on these units. does anybody know the heat range that they are? Is are they consistent or are there variations.
Thank you

Actually did some research the TM ending in 24 parts manual gives a pretty good breakdown. It is a cat pump called a PC pump/ engine 1993 vintage, not an IP pump newer Designation.
PC standing for a pre cup.
