Did you replace with new springs or used? You may want to take some measurements to see if the frame or body is lower on that side. You may have body mount issues if the springs are OK. Again, compare dimensions from one side to the next to see where the sag is occurring.

I would highly recommend learning how to wrench on your own rig or be prepared to shell out some big dollars to get it reliable. It isn't super difficult work but lots of hours for any technician.

When I replaced my sending unit years ago I remember it being an additional feed but it does not go the to the bottom of the tank. So yes, you could run a fuel fired heater or drain most of the tank using this line. My unit just had a rubber cap on the sending unit metal line on top of the tank.
