Actually, there is no diameter difference as far as the transfer case is concerned. The tires are driving inside track and on the portion of the track touching the ground the inside and outside portions of the track are driving at the same rate. So as far as the tires are concerned, they are...
No, why bother with tracks on the rear. The front is still heavily loaded and has vastly higher ground pressure. So the rear end floats on snow, but the front is buried.
As stated, terminals can be recast. I got a battery from work which was a few days old, but being discarded because of a bad terminal. I machined a tapered mold out of aluminum and melted old wheel weights to fill it.
Also, lead is subject to cold creep, so under tension, bolted joints will...
On the farm equipment I design, the inner filter is not a secondary filter, it is a safety filter. It is never to be cleaned, and only to be removed for replacement. Theory is that since the outer element is frequently being cleaned(<50hrs), it is more likely to fail. The safety filter...
You are jumping to conclusions. The study referenced was dealing with fleets. They have done E-diesel tests with fleets. The EPA will not allow a blend unless they approve it.

I don't think it says you can't have parked there. It says "commercial vehicles, etc" can only be parked in the driveway or garage, and if parked in the driveway, it can't be parked there more than 24 hrs at a time.
You need to start driving it to work.
Was there briefly on Saturday. Went in not thinking I needed anything and ended up with 100 lbs to ship home. Got an M105 landing leg for my crane trailer, some lights, a horn, and a cab brace for my soft top. I would have loved to get some of the jacks off of the M1061 flatbed trailers...
Agreed with all who stated this. However, I did not see a valve between the "air chamber" and hydraulic cylinder, so there is no way to lock it. The only valve is at the top of the air chamber.
Josh, any idea of max lift?
I'm estimating a 4" hydraulic cylinder. At 90psi, that's just shy of...
