Go cart tires. Top end might be affected but man will he be quick off the line!

I suggest not doing things that are off the reservation. Stick with 16.5 by 37 or purchase H2 rims, have the centers expanded, and purchase less expensive tires that way. A set of H2 rims should not cost more...
You might be water locked or fuel locked or oil locked. Trying to force your engine to turn against a noncompressible liquid in the cylinder will bend and break pistons and rods.
Someone made the suggestion that you should remove your glow plugs. That is an outstanding suggestion. Then you will...
My CTIS on my Civlian unit is giving me some tremendous “enjoyment”. I’m tracing leaks front and back… When they work they are awesome. When they don’t you have “issues”.

PM me. I can teach you how to make it OR you can purchase one. Probably cheaper in the long run than buying a new regular box.
I don’t recommend running the engine. 21:1 compression will damage the piston and possibly crack it. This is your personal vehicle AND NOT a fleet vehicle.
It looks good BUT almost people can do this with a compass made of a string and a clamp and a jigsaw. Just get Aluminum sheet or steel sheet from a car hood or roof.
