    MY Airpack Rebuild with Photos!

It's almost impossible to replace a major component in the brake system without getting air into the system. I would highly recommend bleeding the whole system. I built a pressure bleeder out of a cheap chemical sprayer, and bleeding the entire system is a one man job that takes about 15...

    MY Airpack Rebuild with Photos!

I ran into that problem. Go to your local hardware store and buy some wooden wedges used to level door frames. Use 1 or 2 of the wedges to separate the halves. A couple of light taps with a hammer on the wedge, and my piston halves popped right apart. The felt strip is the right one. It only...

    Turbo time! Installing 6.5 turbo

Which electric fuel pump are you going to use? I read somewhere that the electric pump from the electronically injected engine makes too much pressure for the mechanical injector pump. I don't know whether or not it's true.

You want the tranny fluid to go through your aftermarket cooler and then through the radiator, so the tranny doesn't...

    Backwards slave cable adapter?

We tried to slave m813rc's V-100 when it tossed the alternator belt and got the same results. He swapped the leads on the slave port in the truck. The thought that the adapter might be backward never occurred to me. Scott

A grand idea! I need to find them on the web, to see if they will ship. I missed the Temple air show last year, as I was in Chicago for training. And I do mean I missed it! I'm already excited about next year's show. Scott

    My latest M105

Picked up a 1989 M105A2 from Hooks on Friday, 8-17. That was my scheduled day off from work, which was good, but the only schedule pickups until noon on Fridays, which is not good, because it's a 6 hour drive from suburban Austin. So I borrowed my dad's 1 ton Chevy, and the wife and I left the...

on Friday, 8-17, I picked up my latest M105 trailer from Hooks. My first time to pick up there. Miranda was very patient and helpful on the phone, walking me through the process, and giving accurate directions......twice........when I left my notebook at home. The whole process was quick and...
