it's not worth it unless you get big $$$$$ up front. no way i would go 30 inches, MAYBE 24 and then only in clean water, you will pay for it later. get a long cable. winch cables are 200 ft.
i doubt you will find air lockers, they are very rare, white owl sold out years ago. you don't need to do anything to the suspension. expect the truck to completely rust out in 5 years, when they were made there was no attempt at rust proofing and there is nothing you can do about it now...
the big problem with any of the non carc paints, is that most of them are not durable, and will 'reduce' even years later. that means that paint solvent, brake clean, gum cutter, etc will remove the paint. carc is, as far as i can tell, nothing more than urathane automotive paint. if you really...
under the cab??? there is nothing under the cab. the air pressure control is on the firewall and the pressure relief is behind the rear of the cab. how high does the pressure go before it shuts off? is your relief jusy dumping air?
wrong truck for you. it will never go over 50. turning up the fuel will simply kill the engine. sprag transfer case worthless. by the time you have a good truck you will have $5 or more in it.

stock LDT setting is 9 psi @ 2500 rpm. many are set very conservativly. you should be able to get close to 14 psi @ 1200 °f and be safe, the power differance will be impressive.
of course you have 12 volts across a 12 volt battery. just tapping into the connecter cable between your batteries will damage both batteries. one will be overcharged and one will be undercharged. you will learn this soon when you need new batteries. get a vanner equalizer and be done with it.
did you run it out of fuel?? that and using other than diesel is VERY hard on the HH and will wear it out in very short time. what you think you are saving on fuel, will cost you in many other ways. i have not had to replace a fuel filter in 15 years, but i use only clean fuel.
you will do yourself a big favor by reading the injection manual and understanding how it works. without that understanding you are just guessing, after that it is simple
