    Using Spacers on wheels?

I can testify to that. I've seen it happen first hand on a car I was following that had spacers. Not a good idea.

Is it an M151 or is it a M151A1 or A2? That would help narrow down the year.

    M37 Clutch replacement

Resurface the flywheel while it's out. Not sure but you might be able to get an alignment tool from a parts store for a dodge powerwagon with the same engine and trans.

Lighting Alternatives/ Show us your headlights

We were switching many of MRAPs overseas to the LED lights and I they gave more and wider range of light near the truck but didn't have near the distance light of the original seal beamed.

    Deuce Transmission Removal Crossbar

Having the caster wheel will make it nice. I used my tractor boom with a chain hoisted attached to it. Work great until installing, had to use a pry bar to hold the tranny forward while trying to start the bolts.

    CUCV Torque Spec Cheat Sheat M1008 M1009 M1010 M1028 M1031

    M134 Minigun build.

Had a random thought, what about an electric starter off of something like a riding lawnmotor to spin a ring gear.
