Don’t just try to remove. Use a manual wrench and loosen/tighten/loosen/tighten to break up the rust and crap. It is not as straightforward and twisting the thing out in one shot.

HummerH1 has almost 300,000 miles on his A0 rig that goes offroad in ice, snow, mud, rocks… Never once has he indicated that he wants or needs lockers. I have predominantly street vehicles both HMMWV and H1. I have NEVER wanted lockers.

I should have been more specific. When the ignition is off, is there any 24Volt current flowing? If so, the PCB/EESS is sending power to the 12 V relay and the problem is the PCB not the 12V relay.
Just out of curiosity, are any 24 Volt systems getting voltage? If so, the problem is in your EESS or PCB. If not, then it is most likely the 12 V solenoid (unless you have a short circuit somewhere bypassing the relay).
The wait light will light up however that wait light is useless with both of our systems. You are in control, pressing a button. When you press that button the light will come on. If you hold the button waiting for it to go out, the light will stay on and you will burn your glow plugs.

No, it is a solid solution but not the only solution. Cam is a great guy but he is NOT the only game in town.
