    5 ton dump dilemma - Title/CDL

Look further. I am willing to bet you do not need a CDL unless you are using the truck to make money. If you have a link to the law post it.

    M101 Pulling Vehicle

It was two face cords and we had to stack it in to fit it all. It was piled high in the middle. The first step was getting up a muddy hill that was pretty steep and about 40 or 50 foot long. I put the truck in low range to get it to dry ground. This was through the guys yard. The trailer was...

    M101 Pulling Vehicle

I tow my M101 with my 2002 Ford Explorer and it pulls just fine. This past weekend I had two cords of ash firewood in the trailer and it pulled just fine. That being said it runs better behind the cucv.

    M1008 resistor

The voltage drop is based on the load of the system. Without any load it will allow the full voltage through. The volt meter does not provide enough of a load. It has already been said that if all the glow plugs are working then under load you should see around 12 volts. If the electrical load...

Most of the trouble I have had has been with bad bailout connectors. A good connector and the headset works great.

    ARRGGHH!!! Damn Relays!

The $100 one is probably not the right one. Civy glow plug systems are different. Just get a ford starter solenoid relay. The relay on the firewall is just a relay while on a civy application it is actually a relay and a controller. The controller for the cucv is a printed circuit board under...

Have you ever had your tank dipped?

I have never been dipped or have ever dipped a tank. That being said, I have WVO that I am going to make biodiesel out of so I will be running none taxed fuel also. Some states allow a certain amount of fuel to be made and used untaxed per year. If you exceed that amount you need to get a...

    air line diagram

It is not an air shift like a deuce air shift. On a deuce air shift the air engages 6x6. On a deuce with a sprag linkage between the trans and transfer case tells the transfer which sprag to engage. there is one for forward and one for backward. They are basically overrunning clutches. The five...

    Starter will not disengage

There are two relays. On Chevy trucks the starter relay is part of the solenoid on top of the starter. There are two terminals on GM starters. The large one is the main power for the starter and is hot all the time. The smaller terminal is used to activate the relay and solenoid. The starter...

    Starter will not disengage

If you converted to 12 volt you can just rewire the relay out of it. It was initially to take the 12 volt input from the ignition switch and convert it to 24 volt for the 24 volt starter.

Need some help with NSN and parts for mobiflex command post tent

I just got a Mobiflex command post tent. I can not find an NSN. Does anyone know an NSN for this thing? Does anyone know the pub number? I would like to find an electronic copy of the manual. The one I got needs several lugs replaced. If anyone knows of a source for the replacement lugs or hubs...
