    I finally Had Enough...

    A good old fashioned military bud wrench with a hardened 3/4 inch socket head cap screw about a foot long and a 6 foot pipe has never failed me yet. Sometimes I have to jump on the end but I've never bent that cap screw. Then buzz them off with the robo impact.

    Could be a bad injector. Its easy to swap 2 injectors around and see if the miss follows the injector. Worked for me once :-D.

    I picked up the next best thing which is the border patrol version.2003 Duramax/Allison, beadlock wheels, jounce shock system,skid plates,tire temp and pressure system and the brush gaurd. After seeing the pictures of the gen5 trucks, I gotsta get me one of these!
