If you had shifted your outline a little to the right at the 3 o-clock position you'd see the model number of the alternator there. Take that number to the Southern Automotive website and you'll find parts breakdowns for it and you can order it from them. They are the current manufacturer for...
Since these switches were introduced they've been nothing but a novelty and a true PITA at that! They were never a direct replacement requiring you to cut of break off the spacer tabs on the dash panel to install them which required you to use replacement spacers if you ever wanted to go back...

In almost 50 years of working in industry I have consistantly found this company to be one of the most reliable to deal with. They don't have the minimum orders that prohibit you from using a lot of industrial suppliers and they're right on top of things when...
There are also 24v intercoms in EMT trucks. I bought half a dozen of them really cheap from a local company upgrading their trucks. Small, light and they will accept a radio input. Avicomm andf Southcom are 2 aircraft manufacturers that make small unobtrusive intercoms that will work on 24 volts.
Why are you creating headaches for yourself? Everything you mentioned is available in 24 volts with the possible exception of the CB radio and hardly anyone uses a CB any more.
1N4007s are fine for use as solenoid backswing diodes. They're so cheap online I use them wherever I need a diode. They're a 1 amp rectifier diode and if you need more current capability use a 1N5407 rated at 3 amps.
I'm assuming you want to use this for your glow plugs. When you get into these current ranges you want to use contactors rather than relays. White Rogers makes some for truck use that should work well for the application. Search their SKU 124-114111.
Installing 12v radios into 24v system is filled with hazards. People who connect their radios across the high side battery wonder why they smoke when they hook up the antennas. Here's the key. In a HMMWV or any 24 volt system you have 2, 12v batteries connected in series to give you 24 volts...
There were centering washers that aligned the wheel sections together. They aren't used on every bolt, 4 on an 8 bolt wheel, 3 on a 12 bolt wheel. Just install them spaced evenly around the bolt pattern to help keep things spaced properly.
They were used on the civy H1 and weren't used by the...
There's no need to arbitrarily throw in a new set of glow plugs as long as yours check out resistancewise. Your just wasting money. (Hard to believe I even said this! It is a HMMWV after all!)
These are Torsen differentials and their internal gearing is different from what your used to. Torsen is the differential type and not the manufacturer.
When I first started repairing my truck I had similar parking problems with the wipers and found that on the linkage arms there are 2 plastic bushings that split and vanish. They just snap into place but their kind of a pain in the ass to replace. They're part numbers 7 and 8 in the drawing...
