I am in the same boat-no 5 tons, but I want a serious flatbed trailer to haul stuff. The only m-series trailer I've seen is MTO-20 EET that's linked below and it weighs more empty than the deuce is rated to tow.
Looking at Holden's site, they do make a smaller flatbed trailer, the MTO-16...
I am not so sure about that. The "fuse" in the stock steering system is the driver's arm and upper body strength. At a certain point, no matter how big the driver is, s/he's not going to be able to move the steering wheel. Think about a 14.50x20 tire that's stuck in a deep rut.
Now...
Short answer:
Spin on oil filters: Faster to change, almost instant oil pressure (which is probably of limited benefit, since all these trucks already have 95% of their dry starts under their belts by the time we get them).
Spin on primary filter: Lot easier and faster to change. I can't...
It's funny this is brought up.
When I moved to where I live now (in 2005), the local NG unit had a parking lot full of Deuces, 3 of which had mounted M66's.
Now it's all MTV's. And every time I drive past, I cry. I mean, it's so sad. The Huey's are gone, the F-14's are gone and now the...
The old deuce forum is for the GMC M135/211 types. It won't be in there.
I just looked in the Deuce TM section and we mostly have the multifuel TM's. You'll find that everything's the same, except the engine, radiator, etc.
You'll need to find out what TM's (TM #) are relevant to your M35...
I moved your thread from the "Forums tips and tricks", which is for helpful advice on how to use the forum itself, to the "5-ton" section.
Good luck with your electrical issue.
I have an idea of what it takes to get there and you have my utmost respect. That's a heck of a job (but the only way to fly).
The pics of it more or less complete with non winch cable look like a truck fresh out of the factory on it's way to it's unit.

Yes, there's a thread around here somewhere where cranetruck dissected one. I looked for it and couldn't find it. Honestly, they're so cheap you're better off replacing it.
Whenever I have an engine like that, where it's too messy to positively identify the source, I take some undiluted degreaser, put it in a pesticide sprayer and soak everything. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and hit it with the pressure washer. Once you've done this, make sure all the fluids are...
Probably not the same kind of thing because:
A:
B: The few M35A3's the USAF might have gotten weren't any different from the Army or USMC M35A3's. But the A2C's the USAF ordered for the 1987-1989 contract were special-and weird. Pioneer rack and slave port delete, wood racks, dual circuit...
