Well,I had a sucessful day working on the M211 after church, Having already found the pump to have excellent pressure,I removed the control valve and governer, disassembled them and cleaned the entire lot with Acetone, reassembled it and put it back in the truck.
It shifted...
I may let it go sometime after the GA rally, but it would be a package deal, truck+trailer. Both have clear NC titles and have been fully serviced, both also have current Federal inspections.
Vehicles and trailers I would be interested in as far as partial trades go,
M151A1 or A2 running,cut or...
Thanks for the tip Ron,I actually sheared the studs off of my M62 a year or so ago(I forgot the towbar was sitting in the storage aera below the spare).
I've gotta fix that soon.
Ok folks,I finally remembered to get the part number off the canvas this evening while I was folding it up,
it is
MS 51323-30
John Johnson corp
any ideas?
It's not set in stone yet WM,If the layoff is iminent,I have about 10 to 20K lbs of scrap waiting for it's trip to the yard.
That will be my rally travel cash.
On a M211,you can't single it out with anything but M135 wheels with the correct spacing.

I have several soft top frames that I would trade you for the hard top if it is an original factory hardtop.
BTW,I also have a CCKW trans and...
Ok folks, work (or lack thereof) may have thrown a giant wrench into my plans,
As of Oct 2 I(as well as most of our crew) will be laid off till possibly April 1st,so depending on finances, the 915 and lowboy or M211 may not be making the trip south.
I will however be making a day trip in the...
Actually Cranetruck is about 2 hrs north of me( I live in Western North Carolina),but I can run up there and grab the trailer with the dually one weekend,I'll have to figure out how to pack all this stuff on the lowboy though.
I may be able to since I need to meet up with maddawg sometime after the rally to deliver his tires to him and get my 2 915A1 tires(that will take me past Cranetruck's place on the way).
Let me know.
I am going Bruce, and I am taking the 915 and the lowboy,as long as it will fit in the bed of or under a M211 deuce,I can probably haul it,and I need to make a trip to John's place sometime in the future anyway.
Yep,definetly a M211,looks like it may have had a winch at one time(inverted bumper and no center splash shield) looks to have at least 1 M135 wheel on it(right front) backspacing looks different from a standard M211 or M35 wheel.
Also looks like it has a civilian hardtop on it,$2500 is about...
