I passed amgeneral72 (I think that's D's username) and somebody in a 939 series on 285 this morning about 0730. They were eastbound and we were westbound.

Stack comes off with one clamp, with a 9/16" wrench I believe. If you have a hrdtop, 2 bolts on the top of the windshield frame and a bunch of bolts where the hardtop meets the top of the cab and it's off. One person can do it but it's tricky. 2 is much better. If it's a soft top, you slide...

All of the M44, M39, M809 and M939 series are greased, not oil bath. Same basic system, although the M44A3 and M939A2 CTIS complicates it.
